This Privacy Policy (“Privacy”) describes how the Odo Trip Enterprises (“Odo Trip”, “Odo Trip Platform”, “Company”, “We”, “Our’ or “Us”) collects and uses Your (“You” or “Your”) information including personal, non-personal and sensitive data or information (‘Information”) to storage, process, disclose, transfer, correct and protect at all stages. The Information that Odo Trip may receive through Your online access, interaction, registration or use of the Odo Trip mobile applications “Odo Trip” (Odo Trip Rental Taxi, Driver, Flight, Bus, Train, Hotel Booking App), “Odo Trip Partner” (Vehicle Owner App), “Odo Trip Driver” (Driver/Operator App) or our websites located at https://odotrip.com or https://odotrip.in, the websites and Odo Trip Apps are collectively referred to as the “Odo Trip Platform” or through Your offline interactions with us through sms, mails, phones, in touch with persons etc., or while availing Our Services.

The terms “You” and “Your” refer to the Odo Trip Customer (defined below), the Odo Trip Partner (defined below), the Driver employed by Partner (defined below) or any other users of the Odo Trip Platform and / or availing the Services (defined below).

The term “Services” refers to any Services offered by the Odo Trip in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to You availing the Odo Trip Platform, Websites, Services or otherwise. The terms not defined herein have the meaning assigned to them in the terms and conditions applicable to you availing Odo Trip Platform.

We advise you to read this Policy before using the Odo Trip Platform or submitting any Information to Odo Trip. This Policy is a part of and incorporated within, and is to be read along with, the terms and conditions applicable to the users of the Odo Trip Platform.

By visiting/using Odo Trip Platform, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy that We can collect, disclose and use Your Information to provide transport Services, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy. You represent and warrant that the Drivers employed by Odo Trip Partners (the Vehicle Owners) to provide transport Services have agreed for collection, disclosure and use of the information by Odo Trip.

  1. STORAGE OF INFORMATION

  1.  THE INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE TO US

We may collect Your certain Personal Information as well as drivers employed by the Partners and vehicles to provide transport Services. We may collect this information through various means and in various places for the provision of Services, including account registration forms, contact us forms, or when You otherwise interact with Us. When You sign up to use the Services, You create a user profile, We shall ask You to provide only such Personal Information which is for lawful purpose connected with Our Services and necessary to be collected by Us for such purpose. Personal Information is including:

Your email address, full name, address, mobile number, gender, date of birth, photograph, login name, proof of identity, password, details of bank account or payment related information, nominee details, camera to take pictures and videos, contact directory, phone directory, storage, message, device ID, location, network access or any other income documents and communication data as necessary as permitted by Applicable Laws, etc.

  3. If you are an Odo Trip Partner or Driver, we may collect Your location details, profile picture, call and SMS details, details of Aadhaar, Permanent Account Number, Driving License, Government issued Address Proof etc., and other details (KYC), vehicle related documents such as Registration Certificate, Permit Certificate, Fitness Certificate, Insurance, PUC, Front and Back Photo of Vehicle etc., user settings, and such other documents which evidence the health or fitness of the vehicle to provide Services on the Odo Trip Platform from time to time. If you are a Driver, We require Your real time self-clicked images (selfies) and upload such selfies on the Odo Trip Platform to verify your identity from time to time.

  4. While you use Our Services, We may collect and store Information about You to process Your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email address, billing information, emergency contact information, etc.

  5. We may collect IP address of Your server from where You access the Odo Trip Platform including the operating system of Your system and the duration of Your stay on the Odo Trip Platform is also stored in the session along with the date and time of Your access; the interactions that You either conduct with Us or with any third party through the Odo Trip Platform; and When You use this Platform, some third party servers (which may be hosted by a third party service provider) may collect information indirectly and automatically about Your activities on this Platform; for instance by way of cookies, web beacons or web analytics. This anonymous information is maintained distinctly and is not linked to the Personal Information You submit to the third party and shall not be used to identify Your Account. Web beacons are graphic image files embedded in a web page that provides information form the user’s browser. This allows Us to monitor and ascertain the number of users using this Platform and selected sponsors, advertiser website and for what purposes. Web analytics are services provided by third parties in connection with a website. We may use such services to find usability problems in order to make this Platform easier to use. These services do not collect information that has not been voluntarily provided by You. Accordingly, these services do not track Your browsing habits. The information shared through these services will not identify You or Your Account.

  6. We collect information to check background identity verification of the Odo Trip Partners and Drivers. This may include collection of Information such as driver history or criminal records (where permitted by law) and right to work.

  7. In addition to the foregoing, You will not upload, display, share, host, book, publish or transmit any information that is harmful, offensive, harassing, obscene, pornographic, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or an online game that causes user harm, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever, or promoting enmity between different groups on the grounds of religion or caste with the intent to incite violence, Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any misinformation or information which is patently false and untrue or misleading in nature, threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation, false or fake bookings on Odo Trip Platform.

  1.  INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT 

  1. We collect transaction Information such as trip details, pick-up address and drop-off address, distance traveled, time of booking, time of pick up, time of drop, total time taken to complete the trip, payment transaction information etc.

  2. We collect the data when the Odo Trip App is running in the foreground (app is open and on-screen) or background (app is not in use) in your mobile device.

  3. We collect Information by ourselves or through integration with third-party applications which consists of technical information and aggregated usage information, and may contain, among other things, Device Identifier of Your device, your preferred language, country and state, site manufacturer, software, and model of Your device, device type, operating systems and versions, your geolocation, mobile network data, screens You have visited, Your touch gestures performed in Your Odo Trip App, Your scrolling activity, and any other actions You have performed during Your use of Odo Trip App, etc., to enhance user interface and experience on Odo Trip Platform, facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other Services to You, etc.

  4. Any sensitive information about other programs that You are running on Your device, passwords, and activity across other applications are not collected and all the sensitive information are masked.

  5. We collect precise or approximate location data of customers. When You enable Us to do so from Your device. We collect this data from the time a Service is requested until it is finished, and any time the app is running in the foreground of Your Device. We use this data to enhance Your use of the Odo Trip App, including to improve pick-up locations, enable safety features, and prevent and detect fraud. Even if You have not enabled us to collect location data from Your device, Odo Trip collects the Drivers’ location data collected during a trip, and links such location data with Your account. This enables Us to offer Services to you, such as receipt generation and customer support, and enable safety of the Customers.

  6. We and Our team may use a variety of technologies that automatically (or passively) collect certain Information whenever You visit or interact with the Odo Trip Platform for obtaining the Services (“Usage Information”). This Usage Information may include the browser that you are using, the URL that referred You to Our Services, all of the areas within Our Services that You visit, and the time of day, searches and search results, or usage behavior on the Odo Trip App, etc.

  7. We may collect data from SMS/ text messages upon receiving device access permissions from You for the purposes of issuing and receiving one-time passwords and other device verification and automatically filling verification details during financial transactions, either through Us or Our team, in accordance with Applicable Laws. We do not share or transfer SMS/ text message data to any third party other than as provided under this Policy.

  8. Usage Information may be collected using cookies for allowing Us to provide You with personalized services by remembering the choices made by You with respect to language You prefer, geographical location where You are etc. If You do not want information to be collected through the use of cookies, Your browser / app settings allows you to deny or accept the use of cookies. Cookies can be disabled or controlled by setting a preference within your web browser or on Your device. If You choose to disable cookies or flash cookies on Your device, some features of the Services may not function properly or We may not be able to customize the delivery of information to You. The Company cannot control the use of cookies (or the resulting information) by third parties, and use of third-party cookies is not covered by Our Policy.

  9. We collect Information about how you interact with the Odo Trip Platform and any of our web sites to which the Odo Trip App links, such as how many times you use a specific part of the Odo Trip App over a given time period, the amount of time you spend using the Odo Trip App , how often you use the Odo Trip App, actions you take in the Odo Trip App and how you engage with the Odo Trip App, etc.

  10. We may additionally record your calls with Us made from the device used to provide Services and related call details for quality purposes and call records can only be shared with police and court in case of any criminal/judicial offences or any illegal/suspicious activities found.

  11. We may collect additional Information when you correspond with Odo Trip Support Care, communicate with Odo Trip by any means of communication as sms, email, call etc. We also collect Information when you use in-app messaging, post on any message boards, provide ratings, reviews, or comments. In case You refer a friend, We may also collect, store, and use the name and contact information of your friend to promote our Services.

  1.  INFORMATION SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES

  1. We may collect Information about You through Odo Trip Platform or while availing the Services and collect Information from Our affiliates or third parties such as technical sub-contractors, business partners, analytics providers, web beacons, search information providers, payment Service providers, etc., and also from publicly available sources such as commercially available marketing lists, social networks and other related media from time to time.

  1. UNDERTAKING

By accessing or using the Odo Trip Platform or the Services, You agree and consent to this Policy, along with any amendments made by the Company at its sole discretion and posted on the Odo Trip Platform from time to time. Any collection, processing, retrieval, transfer, use, storage, disclosure and protection of Your Information will be in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws including but not limited to Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules framed thereunder (“Applicable Laws”). If You do not agree with the Policy, please do not use or access the Odo Trip Platform. You hereby represent to Odo Trip that: (i) The Information You provide to Odo Trip from time to time, is and will be authentic, correct, current and updated and You have all the rights, permissions and consents as may be required to provide such Information to Odo Trip; (ii) Your providing of the Information as Well as the consequent storage, collection, usage, transfer, access, or processing of such Information will not be in violation of any agreement, Applicable Laws, charter documents, judgments, orders and decrees; (iii) If You disclose to Us any Information relating to other people, You represent that You have the authority to do so and to permit Us to use such Information in accordance with this Policy.

 

  1. WAY OF INTERACTION

  1.  Odo Trip may contact You via the e-mail, sms and phone number as provided by You to Us. You may also receive system-generated transactional e-mails/sms such as confirmation of bookings, your reserved scheduled bookings alerts, notification of transfer of payments and due of payments, notifications of your vehicles certificates expiry date, notifications of your vehicles certificates update and upload again etc.

  2.  You hereby expressly consent to receive communications (whether through email, SMS, phone calls or through any other means) from Us and/ or third parties undertaking activities of this Privacy; and/ or third parties offering value-added services to You, through Your registered phone number and/or e-mail id and/or the website and/or any other means as we deem fit. You hereby consent to receiving such information and You agree that you shall not hold Us responsible for such communication received from third parties. You agree that any communication so received by You from Us/third parties will not amount to spam, unsolicited communication or a violation of Your registration on the national do not call registry.

  3.  You hereby expressly consent to receive communications from Us on Odo Trip Partner mobile application / Driver mobile application or through Your registered phone number and/or e-mail id. You agree that any communication so received by You from Us will not amount to spam, unsolicited communication or a violation of Your registration on the national do not call registry.

  1. WE USE THE INFORMATION

    We use the Information collected from you in accordance with this Policy for the following purposes:

To enable You to access the Odo Trip Platform and to respond to Your inquiries or fulfill Your requests for information about the various services;

  1. To enable You to provide transport services to the customers and to provide You with information about the products/services, information, materials, and offers from Odo Trip;

  2. To verify Your identity and/or Your capacity, under applicable law, to provide Services through the Odo Trip Platform;

  3. To closely monitor which features of the Services are used most, to allow You to view Your trip history, rate trips or bookings, and to determine which features need to be improved for enhanced user experience, including usage patterns and geographic locations to determine where We should offer or focus Services, features and/or resources;

  4. To send You a Welcome email/SMS to verify Your username and password;

  5. To provide You the correct app version depending on Your device type, for troubleshooting and in some cases, marketing purposes;

  6. To help to diagnose problems with our computer server and to administer Odo Trip Platform;

  7. To send You strictly Service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our Services are temporarily suspended for maintenance, We might send You an email. If You do not wish to receive them, You have the option to deactivate Your account;

  8. To prevent, discover and investigate violations of this Policy or any applicable terms of Services or terms of uses;

  9. To identify and/or detect security breaches or attacks, errors, fraud, money laundering, abuse and other criminal activities, and investigating and taking appropriate remedial action;

  10. We provide some of Your Personal Information (such as Your name, pick up address, contact number to the Driver or the Vehicle Owner (Odo Trip Partner) who accepts Your request for Services so that the Driver or the Partner may contact and find You;

  11. If You are a Customer, We use geo-location information for various purposes, including for You to be able to view the Driver in Your area that are close to Your location to provide Services to You, to automatically fetch Your location when You open the Odo Trip App, for the Drivers to identify the pickup location and to allow You (if You choose through any features We may provide) to share this information with other people for Your safety;

  12. If You are a Driver, We use the geo-location information for (only when the Driver activates the icon “On-Duty” on the Odo Trip App) You to receive orders close to Your location even when the Odo Trip App is not in use or closed, to enable the Customers to track the distance of the Drivers from their location for pick up, to share the exact location for the safety of the Customers, etc.;

  13. If You are a Driver, We may share Your name, vehicle number, driving license number, phone number and/or profile picture (if applicable), tracking details with our Customers to provide them the Services;

  14. We may use Your Personal Information or Usage Information that We collect about You: (a) to provide You with information or Services or process transactions that You have requested or agreed to receive including to send You electronic newsletters, or to provide You with special offers or promotional materials on behalf of us or third parties; (b) to enable You to participate in a variety of the Services’ features such as online or mobile entry sweepstakes, contests or other promotions; (c) to contact You with regard to Your use of the Services and, in Our discretion, changes to the Services and/or the Services’ Policies; (d) for internal business purposes; (e) for inclusion in Our data analytics; and (f) for purposes disclosed at the time You provide Your Information or as otherwise set forth in this Policy;

  15. To enhance Your user experience in relation to the Odo Trip App or the Services, including customization / personalization of the Odo Trip App or the Services;

  16. To provide relevant offers or rewards to You, based on Your consumption patterns;

  17. To enforce our terms and conditions and this Policy, and resolve any disputes;

  18. To provide functionality, analyze performance, fix errors, bugs, and improve the usability and effectiveness of the Odo Trip Platform;

  19. To comply with Applicable Laws or requests received from regulators, government, law enforcement or judicial authorities under Applicable Laws or Our contract with a third party;

  20. To carry out Our obligations and enforcing rights arising from any contracts between us;

  21. To disclose to affiliates, Our and their employees, agents and representatives on a need-to-know basis to facilitate provision of Services;

  22. To deliver any administrative notices, alerts, advice, notifications and communication relevant to Your use of the Services, through social media (including WhatsApp), SMS and other media;

  23. If You sign up to use our Services as an employee or as a stakeholder of a third party with whom the Company has an arrangement and has offered discount coupons/ or extended certain promotional offers, the Company may share any information provided by You with such third party to be utilized by them for limited internal business purposes only;

  24. To detect and protect Us against error, fraud and other criminal activity; enforce Our terms and conditions;

  25. To improve Our internal customer and driver training;

  26. To fulfil any other purpose for which You provide Us the Information and/or for any other purpose with Your consent. Please note, We do not use the information collected from You for targeted advertising.

  1. SECURITY

  1. The Information We collect is securely stored within our databases, and We use standard, industry-wide, commercially reasonable security practices such as encryption, firewalls and SSL (Secure Socket Layers) for protecting Your Information. However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can We guarantee that Information You supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet or wireless communication, and any Information You transmit to Us, You do at Your own risk. We recommend that You do not disclose Your password to anyone.

  2. "Phishing" is an attempt to steal personal details and financial account details from a website user. Such “Phishers” use fake emails to lead users to fabricate fake websites where the users are misguided to enter their personal details such as credit/debit card numbers, OTP, user ID, passwords, PIN etc. We do not held any responsibility for any loss, damage of users caused by responding to such emails and sharing information with third parties. Users are advised to read carefully the information shared with You from unknown or misleading source, be alert, do not open any link until You know and sure about the providers.

  3. We reserve the right to conduct a security review at any time to verify Your identity. You agree to provide Us all the information that We request for the security verification. If You fail to comply with any security request, We reserve the right to terminate Your Account with Us and prohibit Your access to the Odo Trip Platform.

  1. DISCLOSE INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES AND OTHER SITES

In the following situations We may share Your Information with third parties and other sites:

  1. You may opt to receive information and/or marketing offers directly from third parties and other sites when You access third party/other sites links on the Odo Trip Platform. If You do agree to have Your Personal Information shared, Your Personal Information will be disclosed to such third parties and other sites and all the Information You disclose will be subject to the Privacy Policy and practices of such third parties/other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of such third parties/other sites and, therefore, You should review the privacy policies and practices of such third parties/other sites prior to agreeing to receive such information from them. If You later decide that You no longer want to receive communication from a third party, You will need to contact that third party/other site directly.

  2. We may share the Information You provide with our business partners and agents. Please refer to such third-party’s privacy policy for more details before using their Services on the Odo Trip Platform.

  3. We or Our associated business partners/companies may provide or perform certain aspects of the Services on behalf of Us - such as host the Services, design and/or operate the Services’ features, track the Services’ analytics, process payments, engage in anti-fraud and security measures, perform background and identity verification, run criminal record checks, provide customer support, provide geo-location information of Drivers, enable Us to send You special offers, host Our job application form, perform technical Services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance Services, database management, Web analytics and improvement of the Service features), or perform other administrative Services. These third parties will have access to Information, including Personal Information to only carry out the Services they are performing for You or for Us. We will require each of these associated business partners/companies to ensure the same level of data protection as Us and impose contractual obligations not to disclose or use Personal Information for any other purpose.

  4. Our associated business partners/companies providing analytics related Services may set and access their own cookies, Web beacons and embedded scripts on Your device and they may otherwise collect or have access to Information about You.

  5. We use a third-party hosting provider who hosts our support section of our Website. Information collected within this section of our Website by such associated business partners/companies is governed by Our Policy.

  6. We do not sell, share, rent or trade the information We have collected about You, other than as disclosed within this Policy or at the time You provide Your Information.

  7. Some other Services may be provided to You in association with third parties such as credit houses, loan providers, sponsors and charities, and may require You to disclose Information including Personal Information to them. If You elect to register for products and/or Services through the third party Services, You shall have deemed to have consented to providing Your Information to both Us and the third party. Further, if You sign-in to a third party Service with a username and password obtained through Our Services, Your Personal Information may be disclosed to the identified third parties Services and will be subject to their privacy policies and practices.

  8. The Services may contain content that is supplied by a third party, and those third parties may collect website usage information and Your device identifier when web pages from any online or mobile Services are served to Your browser. In addition, when You are using the Services, You may be directed to other sites or applications that are operated and controlled by third parties that We do not control, in which case Our Policy will no longer apply. We are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by any of these third parties. For example, if You click on a banner advertisement, the click may take You away from Odo Trip Platform onto a different website. These other websites may send their own cookies to You, independently collect data or solicit Information and may or may not have their own published privacy policies.

  9. Information (including Personal Information) may be collected by third-parties if there is content from the Odo Trip App that You specifically and knowingly upload to share with or transmit to an email recipient, online community, Website, or to the public, e.g. uploaded photos, posted reviews or comments, or information about You or Your ride or booking that You choose to share with others through features which may be provided on our Services. This uploaded, shared, or transmitted content will also be subject to the privacy policy of the email, online community Website, social media or other platform to which You upload, share or transmit the content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by any of these third parties.

  10. Our online and mobile Services may include social media features, such as the Facebook Like button, and widgets such as a “Share This” button, or interactive mini-programs that run on Odo Trip Platform. These features may collect Information including Your IP address, photograph, which page You are visiting on Our online or mobile Services, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on Our online Services and/or Odo Trip Platform. Your interactions with these features and widgets are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them and We will not be responsible or liable for any acts or omissions of such third parties.

  11. In particular, remember that certain third-parties may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction, hence, if You elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the Services of a third-party Service provider, then Your Information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which such Service provider is, or its facilities are located. We suggest You to note when You leave Web pages or links controlled by Odo Trip Platform and to read the privacy statements of all third party websites or applications before submitting any Information to such third parties. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions of the third-party Service providers.

  12. We may share Your information, including Your Personal Information and Usage Information with third parties for any purpose, including but not limited to undertaking market research/ study, conduct data analysis, determine and customize product or Service offerings, to improve the products or Services or to make any other benefits/products/ Services available to You.

  1. INFORMATION SHARING WITH ASSOCIATES AND AFFILIATES

We may share Your Information, including Your Personal Information and Usage Information with our parent, subsidiaries, associates and affiliates for internal reasons, including business and operational purposes. We also reserve the right to disclose and transfer all such information: (i) to a subsequent owner, co-owner and operator of the Services or applicable database; or (iii) in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, the sale of substantially all of our membership interests and/or assets or other corporate change, including, during the course of any due diligence process.

  1. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY DRIVERS AND VEHICLE OWNER

This Policy does not cover the usage of any information about You which is obtained by the Drivers or Vehicle Owner while providing You a Transportation, Delivery, Package or Rentals Services, or otherwise. While providing Services to You, We only share your name, geo-location and messages that You want to share with Drivers and Vehicle Owners. We advise You that You do not share Your Personal Information as contact number, email, date of birth, OTP related to any financial transaction, password, etc. with anyone including Vehicle Owner and Driver.

  1. DISCLOSURE OF ANY INFORMATION

  1. Hereby, You consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage and disclosure of Your information as described in this Privacy Policy by using the Odo Trip Platform, including to the transfer of Your information outside of Your country of residence. You hereby expressly authorized Us to share Your information. We may disclose Your information to Our employees, consultants, affiliates, agents, contractors, business partners, associates, subsidiaries, investors, registered merchants / agencies / suppliers associated with Us and other persons with whom We are required to share such information as per applicable laws and on a need-to-know basis. In addition to the uses, We may also share information with third parties where You have expressed an interest in receiving information about their goods / Services. We may combine Your information with information We collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalize the Services we provide.

  2. In order to prevent money laundering activities and comply with applicable regulations, We may report suspicious transactions to law enforcement agencies. You hereby grant Us the right to share Your Information with such law enforcement agencies in the event of any activity that may seem suspicious in Our sole discretion. In the event We notice any suspicious activity on the Odo Trip Platform, without prior intimation to You, We may report such instance to the law enforcement agency and share all relevant information that may be required for investigation; suspend Your Account during the period of investigation; and block Your use of Our Platform under a cobranding arrangement with an entity and withhold such funds.

  3. We may further use Your information in an aggregate form to ascertain the usage of the Odo Trip Platform, for development of marketing and strategic business plans etc. Please note, that in such use of information, no individual user shall be identified separately.

  4. However, We may disclose the personal data or any other Information collected form You to any statutory, lawful enforcement body, regulatory body or court if We are under a duty to do so or required by law to disclose or share Your personal data or any other information collected from You.

  1. USERS’ RIGHT TO PROVIDE OR CHANGE INFORMATION AND CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT

  1. You can always choose not to provide Information or change Information and in such cases, if the Information required to be classified as mandatory, You cannot be able to avail that part of the Odo Trip Platform, Services, feature or content.

  2. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the Information You submit to us, such as Your contact information, email, name and gender provided as part of account registration.

  3. If Your Personal Information or Information You provide to us changes, or if You no longer desire Our Services, You may correct, delete inaccuracies, or amend information by making the change or delete Your account on Our member Information page or by contacting Us through the email address mentioned on Odo Trip Platform. We will make efforts to make requested changes in Us then active databases as soon as reasonably practicable.

  4. You may also cancel or modify the communications that You have elected to receive from Odo Trip by following the instructions contained within an e-mail or by logging into Your user account and changing Your communication preferences.

If upon modifying or changing the Information earlier provided to Us, We find it difficult to provide access to our Services to You due to insufficiency/ inaccuracy of the Information, We may, in our sole discretion terminate Your access to the Services by providing You a written notice to this effect on Your registered email address.

  6. If You wish to cancel Your account or request that We no longer use Your Information to provide You Services, contact us through email address mentioned on the Odo Trip Platform. Please note, We may not be able to provide some or all of the Services in case You disable access to any of Your Information as described under this Policy.

After termination of Your Account with Us, We shall retain all the Information collected from You to the extent legally permissible to resolve disputes, conclude any activities related to cancellation of an account, investigate, or prevent fraud and other inappropriate activity related to Your account, to enforce our agreements, or for other business reasons, etc. After completion of such period, Your data may either be deleted from our database or be anonymized and aggregated, and then may be held by us as long as necessary for us to provide Our Services effectively, but Our use of the anonymized data will be solely for analytic purposes.

If You receive any email/ phone call/ SMS or other communication requesting You to share Your personal, non-personal, security related or financial information, please do not respond to such requests and delete such requests immediately.

We offer Referral Code to You for the Promotion of the Company through the Services that may require registration. By participating in the Promotion of the Company, You agree all the Terms and Conditions of its Policy. By sharing the Referral Code with customers, your family and friends for the Promotion of the Company, You also agree that the We may share your name and/or likeness in case of requirements by the Drivers and /or Customers just only for verification of the number of customers added on the Odo Trip Platform by using that Referral Code. Use of Referral Code on Your sharing to someone while registration and/or booking is fully optional and free from any restriction. The benefits of sharing the Referral Code is mentioned in Referral Section on the Odo Trip Platform. We reserve the right to update / modify / change / roll back at any time as per this Policy and reflect the changes to Our Information practices.

We reserve the right to update / modify / change at any time, this Policy to reflect changes to Our Information practices. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Policy on the Odo Trip Platform. If We make any material changes, We will notify You by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in Your account) or by means of a notice on the Odo Trip App prior to the change becoming effective. We advise You to periodically review this page for the latest information on Our privacy practices. Your use of the Odo Trip Platform or availing the Services after an updated Policy becomes effective will indicate Your acceptance of the updated Policy.

Thus, We may access, use, preserve, transfer and disclose Your information (including Personal Information, IP address, Device Information or geo-location data), to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as We reasonably determine is necessary and appropriate: (a) to satisfy any Applicable Law, regulation, summon, Governmental requests or legal process; (b) to protect and/or defend the Terms and Conditions applicable to use of the Odo Trip Platform or the Services, including investigation of potential violations thereof; (c) to protect the safety, rights, property or security of the Company, our Services or any third party; (d) to protect the safety of the public for any reason; (e) to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; and /or (f) to prevent or stop activity We may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, an illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity.
